Collaborators can either be invited as a one-time user or a few registrations of data.
If reporting according to the Four Eyes Principle, the collaborator is the first-line approver, responsible for providing data into the platform.
The role of Collaborator can be combined with other access roles. For example, if the user is the first-line approver for one part of the organization but, the second-line of approval for another part of the organization then the user would have the collaborator role and the reporter role.
