Organizational unit controllers (org.unit controllers) can monitor the progress of data for a subsection of the organization i.e. an organizational unit. Define organizational unit controller access in the settings for the organizational unit. When adding the user to one organizational unit, they will also gain access to all sub-levels within that unit.
Page Access
Org.unit controllers have access to the following:
Data Reporting - for the allocated sub-units.
- Upload data - for the allocated sub-units.
- Supervise Reporting - for the allocated sub-units.
- Review data - for the allocated sub-units.
- Analytics
No access
An org.unit controller does not have access to the following:
Configuration
- Set the role group to User.
- Click "Add user"
- Then add the user to an organizational unit in the "Customer setup" > "Organization" view. Organizational unit - add the user as a "controller" in the organizational unit.
