As a Contributing Company, you can receive reporting assignments from another organization and complete them directly in Position Green.

Assigned registrations can be accessed through the Group Reporting page.

Open a registration and complete the requested information.

As you work, changes are visible to the Requesting Company. This allows both organizations to follow progress throughout the reporting process.

Collaborate throughout the reporting process

Users from both the Requesting Company and Contributing Company can communicate directly through comments and work together throughout the reporting process.

Reporting progress, comments, and updates are visible to other users who have access to the registration. This may include colleagues, collaborators, reviewers, and auditors, depending on their permissions.

This helps keep reporting work and communication in one place, rather than relying on separate email conversations.

The responsible user can also invite colleagues from the same organization to help complete assigned registrations.
