Optional settings

A list is created with text values. The optional settings add more details.

Optional list settings

The list options are:

• Type - The list type and the type of data the list holds:
  • Text - ordinary text values.
  • Page - HTML value for display in Position Green (accessible via menu items).
  • Number - number values.
  • Structured data - JSON structured data (most common for advanced calculations).
• PrettyID.
• Parent ID and Parent PrettyID - Advanced options for nesting lists.
• Roles - Who can access the list when reporting (leave blank to allow all users to see the list).
• Source - A text field for the source of the list, for example a unique ID or URL.
