Lists are not connected to a specific year and can be used across multiple years. Lists can be updated over time—for example, when more precise figures are released based on current scientific research. Update lists before a reporting period rather than during it.

Assigning a version number to a list allows metadata to be adjusted and recorded.

The two values can have different validity periods:

Add list items

When uploading a list, select one of three processing options:

• Ignore duplicates – Inserts all list items.
• Update and replace duplicates – Inserts new list items and updates current values for all matched existing items.
• Update and insert new value from today's date – Inserts new list items and adds new values to matched existing items, valid from the upload date.
